摘 要

近年来，随着第一代创业人的退休，我国将面临一次大规模的家族企业代际传承问题。而大多数学者对于家族企业的持续发展提出“一代创业、二代守成、三代衰败”的观点，对于家族企业的持续发展问题也逐渐成为一个研究热点。本文从上市家具企业切入，以家族企业的视角对其盈利模式进行分析。

盈利模式是家族企业持续发展的关键，对于企业盈利模式的分析十分重要。很多学者认为家族企业的生命周期遵循着“富不过三代”的规律，如何实现家族企业“家业长青”将是一个未来10年在我国普遍存在的问题。

本文筛选出14家上市家族家具企业，通过国内外研究比较，对14家上市家族家具企业运用描述性统计分析的方法，以企业经营数据来分析企业的盈利模式及其影响因素。根据目前样本企业数据所呈现的问题，结合我国的经济大环境，本文认为家族企业盈利模式的改变需要提高企业营业利润率、加快企业资产周转率、善于利用企业财务杠杆以及扎根主业、建立多元且相互制约的股权结构。通过对企业盈利模式的改善，才能使企业有持续发展的动力，也为其他企业的进一步发展提供可行性建议。

Furniture enterprise profit model analysis-based on the

 perspective of the listed family business

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with  the first generation entrepreneurs retire, our country will face a major problem of family enterprises between generations. While most scholars

 for  the sustainable development of family enterprises put forward "a generation of 

entrepreneurship, the second generation hold, three generations of decay" point of

 view, and for the sustainable development of family business problem also gradually become a research hotspot. This paper analyzes the profit model from the perspective of  family business from the perspective of listed furniture enterprises. 

Profit model is the key to the sustainable development of family business, and it is very important to analyze the profit model. Many scholars believe that the life cycle of family business follows the law of "rich but three generations", how to realize "family business evergreen" will be a common problem in our country in the next 10 years.  In this paper, 14 listed family furniture enterprises are selected. Through domestic and international research and comparison, 14 listed family furniture enterprises are analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis method, and the profit model and its influencing factors are analyzed by enterprise management data. According to the problems presented by the sample enterprise data and the economic environment of our country, this paper thinks that the change of the profit model of the family enterprise needs to improve the operating profit rate of the enterprise and accelerate the turnover rate of the enterprise's assets. Good at using corporate financial leverage and take root in the main industry, to establish a diversified and mutually restricted equity structure. Only by improving the profit model of the enterprise can the enterprise have the motive force of sustainable development and provide feasible suggestions for the further development of other enterprises.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

家族企业作为一种重要的企业组织形式，从上个世纪七八十年代延续至今，正面临着家族企业普遍存在的问题，即代际传承问题。目前在我国的非公有制经济中，家族式经营的企业占比80%以上。根据《福布斯》2016年调查显示，共有2868家A股上市企业，其中有912家为家族企业。《幸福》杂志统计显示，全球500家大型企业中，有175家家族企业。在美国公开上市的最大型企业中，有42%的企业仍为家族所控。按照香港学者郎咸平教授对世界各国公司治理的研究显示，欧洲各国中，前15大家族控制上市公司的比例均在20%以上。比利时和法国甚至达到36.63%和33.80%，家庭企业在所在国的作用非常明显。 在东南亚各国和地区中，最大的15个家族控制的上市公司的股票市值占总市值以及国内生产总值绝大部分。根据2015《家具企业年鉴》，对于全国250多个市县区的1947家私营家具企业抽样调查显示，目前中国的家具企业大多数运用家族经营模式，约有51.8%的企业为业主独资企业。图一是《福布斯》中文版发布的2006-2016.6年A股上市公司数量1903家，上市家族企业数量815家，家族企业约42.8%。家族企业部分，对其研究也逐渐成为热点。
